|
February's meeting featured a club competition (won by one our juniors
with the 109) and usual show and tell. The swap and sell table was full
as members tried to off load some of there unwanted stash.

November 2010 |
|
November was the clubs 25th Anniversary. To celebrate this event many of
the original members were tracked down and invited back for the meeting. The meeting included a display and a meal which was enjoyed by all. Several members where honoured with life membership of the club.

|
October's meeting comprised of a photography lecture and another good turnout on the show and tell table.

|
September boasted a competition, raffle and a Battle of Britain display, along with show and tell.

The August meeting was fairly low key with just the usual swap and sell and show and tell.

|
The July meeting was our AGM. Thankfully we had no trouble filling the committee for another 12 months. Thanks to all who volunteered their time for the next 12 months Also being the AGM the clubs annual awards were made. It included one of our 3 monthly club competitions with another selection of great models on display

The April meeting included one of our 3 monthly club competitions. This one had the best turnout to date.

|
March had a "bring an old kit along" theme. Plenty of excellent old work was on display.

February bought a heap of projects and completed kits on display. Probably our biggest turnout to date.

Tamiya Competition February 2008 |
|
February bought a Tamiya competition. Rules were simple, bring in a completed Tamiya kit. The Thunderjet was the popular winner, click on the image below to see the other entries.
