June and July 2011 |
After a seemingly endless break post another successful NSW Show the June meeting featured the annual votes for the Model of the Year and Clubman of year. To enter model of the year the model must have received a gold ribbon in tthe NSW Show the previous month. As usual the swap and sell was well stocked and there was bit to see on the show and tell table. July was a busy meeting featuring a club competition, long with the announcement of the Modeller of the year, Model of the Year and Clubman of the Year and the AGM. Model of the year Taken out by Ian P for his Superb Wingnut Wings Alabtross. Ian also picked up Clubman of the year. Our modelling machine Kev picked up modeller of the year for the 3rd consecutive year. Junior Modeller of the year went to Amelia P. Outgoing President Pat B was also presented with a thankyou for his tireless work over the past 3 years. Due to the extreme slackness of your webmaster it's taken this long to get the photos up.
